The General Board of Council, also known as KPAX Council, monitors the overall performance the clan. It is the operating authority which lays down the law and conduct of KPAX and its members. The General Board of Council consists of anonymous bodies who assist in the enforcing of directives. These bodies may include KPAX members and/or external clans. The Council has set directives which all members must adhere to. In the event of misconduct, the offending soldier will be deferred to the Disciplinary Board for further examination. The directive, as set, commands that soldiers agree to the following
Directive 1: General KPAX membership
1.1 KPAX members will label themselves with the KPAX tag, i.e. playerID =KPAX=.
1.2 KPAX members will not tarnish the KPAX name by means of misconduct.
1.3 KPAX members must show up for official matches, as arranged on ClanBase.
1.4 KPAX members must abide by decisions may by the KPAX Council.
Directive 2: Conduct/Misconduct
2.1 You will not engage in team killing.
2.2 You will not engage in petty fights leading to banishment and/or further aggravation.
2.3 You will not engage in name calling.
2.4 You will not discriminate against anyone, regardless of sex, age, race, colour, religious beliefs, etc.
2.5 The use of foul language is prohibited on any server.
2.6 You shall appear for official matches, unless sufficient notice has been given to the Operations Officer.
2.7 You shall appear for practice sessions, unless sufficient notice has been given to the Operations Officer.
Directive 3: Promotion/Resignation
3.1 You are entitled to promotion review, subject to individual performance.
3.2 You are entitled to resignation, provided sufficient notice has been given to the Recruitment Officer.
3.3 You are prohibited to have membership to other clans, without prior consent from the Council.
3.4 Decisions made by the Council are final and can not be appealed.
